David B. Hutchison
David Barrick Hutchison died at his home in Alexandria on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. after an illness of three months. Death was due to heart trouble.
Mr. Hutchison was born in Shavers Creek Valley on January 24, 1866, the son of Redmond and Barbara (Rudy). He was a resident of Alexandria for twenty-five years. His wife, Adah Hutchison, died on September 25, 1926.
The deceased was a member of the Reformed church of Alexandria.
Surviving are two daughters, Miss Esther Hutchison of Alexandria; Mrs. Margaret Wyland, of Williamsburg and one son, Joseph of Alexandria. He is also survived by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. W. H. Work, Miss Mary Hutchison, Miss Ella Hutchison, all of Huntingdon; Newlin H. Hutchison of New York City; T. J. Hutchison and G. R. Hutchison, of Huntingdon.
The body may be viewed at his late home after 5:00 o'clock Friday evening. Until that time it will remain at Temple's funeral home.
Funeral services will be held from the late home on Saturday at 2:30 o'clock conducted by his pastor, Rev. Oliver H. Sensenig with interment in the Alexandria cemetery.
