According to the 1910 federal census, Annie married Pennsylvania native, Charles Francis Courtney, in 1894. Their first child, Gertrude M. Courtney (later Mrs. Arthur F. Moore) was born in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania on 28 February 1895.
Their son, Charles Francis Courtney, Jr., followed on 14 September 1900. Daughter, Helen E. Courtney, arrived on 29 July 1903. A second son arrived on 28 September 1904, but apparently died before 1910 because he is not shown on the 1910 census.

Annie (Minnich) Courtney was also preceded in death by her husband, who passed away in 1926, and by her son, Charles F. Courtney, Jr., who passed away in 1950.
Annie succumbed to lung cancer on 5 November 1958, and was interred at Laureldale Cemetery, the resting place of her husband and daughter, Helen.
