Sam Bean, A Former Teton Rancher, Dies
Word has been received in Choteau of the death of Sam Bean. Mr. Bean ranched for many years north of Choteau, Mont. Some time ago he moved to California to engage in fruit growing. He has often returned to Montana to visit his brothers, Richard, Phil and Ole, at Augusta. Other survivors are Ernest, Paul, Florence, Henry and Jessie Adams, of California. The parents of Sam Bean, pioneers of the Augusta section, are buried in the old cemetery on Flat creek.
