LIFE'S ENDS, HENRY BRABANDER, 69 DIES UNEXPECTEDLY SET RITES TUESDAY...
Funeral services for Henry J Brabander, 69, who died unexpectedly Friday at Sacred Heart hospital after suffering a heart attack, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St John American Lutheran Church, Le Mars.

Burial will be in Le Mars Memorial Cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home. Rev. L.L. Belk and Rev. Robert Floy will officiate.

Mr. Brabander, a lifelong resident of the vicinity, was born Oct 16, 1895, in Le Mars. He married Emma Eilts May 19, 1920, in Le Mars. His parents ere the late Louise Prust Brabander and Gert Brabander.
He was retired farmer.

He was a member of St. John church; a veteran of World War I; a member of Last Man's club and American Legion.

Survivors are his widow, Emma, Le Mars; a son Wallace, Le Mars; a daughter, Mrs. Lyle (Marian) Pratt, Moville; four grandchildren; a brother, John Brabander in California, and two sisters, Mrs. Clara Ludwigs and Mrs. Anna Renken both of Le Mars. He was preceded in death by parents; a brother, Louis and a sister, Tena Mieras and a son and a daughter in infancy.
