Mr. and Mrs. Andy Welch and son, Lloyd, spent Sunday in Lucas with the former's brother-in-law, Mr. Ira Billings, who is very sick with tubercular trouble.

Know all men by these present: That I Ira D. Billings do make and constitute this my last Will and Testament this 21st. day of March S. D. 1869.
First: I desire that father shall have the yellow mare one sorrel filly two years old; also one black horse colt two years old, twenty-eight head of hogs one roan cow seven steers and two heifers; also $81.00 in money which at fathers death is to return to my wife and children all the rest of my estate I bequeath to my beloved wife and children; I also appoint Thomas Parrish as Administrator to settle up my estate.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and afix my seal this day and date afore written.
