MARY JANE BILLINGS, 92, DIES AT ROCK ISLAND
LUCAS - Mrs. Mary Jane Carter Billings, 92, died May 1, 1961, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Neal Carter in Rock Springs, Ill.
Mrs. Billings, a resident of Lucas for many years, had been visiting recently with Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Sydebotham at Columbus Junction and also with the Carters.
Funeral services were held May 4 at the Stacy Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Parks officiated. Music was by Mrs. B. O. Roundy. Graveside rites were held at the Rose Hill cemetery west of Lucas.
