Miss Jane Fisher, aged 72, was buried this morning in Eliza Creek cemetery. She passed away Tuesday evening at the home of her brother, Berry Fisher. Death was the result of a stroke of paralysis, which occurred Sunday. She had been unconscious most of the time up to her death.
She was reared in Pomeroy, a town near Aledo, and had resided there most of her life. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, besides the brother.
