Ms. Carol Ann Black, of Indianapolis, passed away at the age of 57 years, 1 month, 21 days, on uesday, September 16, 2014 at her home. She was born on Saturday, July 27, 1957 in Clinton County, the daughter of John Laverty & Ruby Eleanor (Mounts) Laverty.

Carol was of the Christian faith and enjoyed fishing & camping. She loved her grand kids and spoiling the neighborhood children.

Carol is Survived by her:
Sons: Gary (Wife-Nicole) Black, Jason Black, Brad Black, & William Black;
Daughters: Hope (Companion-Jason White) Black, & Holly (Companion Herman Hollowell) Black;
Brothers: Kevin Laverty, & Paul (Wife-Marsha) Laverty;
Sister: Pam Carney;
13 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.

Carol is Preceded in death by her parents, John & Ruby.

Graveside services will be held at Bacon Cemetery.
No visitation is planned.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
