Mrs. Estelle Schuder, 81, Stricken
Estelle Schudrer, 81, of 2319 Sycamore in Lafayette died at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Comfort Nursing home at Lafayette. A former resident of Columbus, Mrs. Schuder was the sister of several local persons. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Hathaway-Myers funeral home by the Rev. Richard Yeaton of Carmel. Burial will be at City cemetery. Persons may call at the funeral home 2 to 9p.m. Friday and until time for services Saturday. Mrs. Schuder was born March 12, 1891, in Johnson county, to George and Luella Smock Mounts. She was married to Henry W. Schuder who died Nov. 30, 1972. She was a member of the First Christian church, secretary of the Fidelity class of the church, and a member of the DLTL club. She had resided in Columbus until moving to Lafayette in 1965. Survivors include a son Dr. Donald Schuder of Lafayette; three sisters, Mrs. Cecil Mabe of 1209 Lafayette, Mrs. William Boll of Route 4 and Mabel Mounts of 1520 Washington; two grandsons, and a great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert S. Schuder.
