"HARRY WELLS
CARBON, Ind. (Special) - Harry Wells, 46 years old, of RR 1, died Thursday morning at Clay County Hospital in Brazil. He was a member of the Carbon Methodist Church, Carbon Lodge o. 529, F&AM; Clay County Post No. 2, American Legion; BUssing-Louderback Post and the United Brick and Clay Workers of America, District No. 15. Surviving are the widow, Julia; one son, Harry Lee at home; two daughters, Mrs. James Snedon of Knightsville and Sherry Ann at home; the mother, Mrs. Minnie Wells of Carbon, two brothers, Arthur of Carbon and Charles of Brazil; six sisters, Mrs. John Morgan of Carbon, Mrs. Matthey Dellaca of RR 1, Mrs. Ian Pell of RR 3, Brazil, Mrs. Margaret Turner of Brazil, Mrs. Lloyd Craig of Mesa, Ariz., and Mrs. Robert Herbert of Carbon, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at the Lawson Funeral Home at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. The Rev. John W. McFarland will officiate and burial will be in Calcutta cemetery. Carbon Masonic Lodge No. 529, F&AM, will have graveside services. Friends may call after 4 o'clock Friday afternoon."
