Vincent "Speary" Oklesen, 90, of La Salle, IL, passed away at 12:00 AM, Tuesday, September 9th, at St. Margaret's Hospital.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 13th in St. Hyacinth Church.
Burial in St. Vincent's Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Saturday 9:30 - 11:00 AM in St. Hyacinth Church.
Born in LaSalle on October 27, 1923 to Anton and Anna (Klansek) Oklesen.
Worked for E.U.C. as a tool and dye machinist
Former member of Resurrection Church, Holy Name Society, and Bingo committee Member of V.F.W. and Cedar Point Sportsman's Club.
He served in the U.S. Army in WW II.

Brother John Oklesen, of LaSalle;
Sister Dorothy Nagle, of LaSalle.
