Frank M. Peel Died Saturday

Frank M. Peel of 516 North Second Street, Centerville, passed away Saturday. Feb. 27, 1965 at 11:55 a.m. in the St. Joseph Hospital at the age of 65.

Born in Appanoose County,Feb. 11, 1900, he was the son of
Charles M. and Mary J. Peel. He married April 4, 1924, in Centerville, to Katherine Clemens who survives his passing along with six children, Mrs. Joseph Byte and Leonard Peel, both of Centerville, and Bernice, LaVern, Glen and Wayne at home: six grandchildren; a sister Mrs. Edna Shanahan: and a brother, Leige Peel of Centerville He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters. Mr. Peel had been blind for some time and his last employment was with the Centerville Concrete and Fuel Co.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 1, at 2 p.m. from the Johnson Funeral Home with Dr. Hugh Sawyers officiating. Burial followed in Oakland Cemetery.
