  PHOENIX, Arizona -- Emma Woodruff McEwan McNaughton, died March 31, 1980 in Phoenix, Arizona.
  Born July 9, 1902 in Big Horn, Wyoming to William and Mary Alice Woodruff McEwan. Granddaughter of Wilford Woodruff, 4th President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Married D. Leslie McNaughton, September 5, 1919 in Salt Lake City. Marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. He died May 18, 1978. Active in the LDS Church, including 25 years in the ward and stake Primary work. Attended Salt Lake City schools and after her marriage lived in Tonopah, Nevada; Inglewood, Sunnymead, Perris and Corona, California and Phoenix, Arizona. One son, D. William McNaughton, preceded her in death.
  Survivors: sisters, Erma Hoggan, Palm Desert, California; Blanche Dibble, Olympia Washington; five brothers, Clarence, Joseph, Willard, Douglas and Harold McEwan, all Salt Lake City; four grandchildren, Daniel, Robert, Arthur and Michael McNaughton, Phoenix, Arizona.
  Funeral services pending at Memory Lawn Mortuary, Phoenix, Arizona. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park, Phoenix.
