Died, At her home in Kingsley, Iowa., December 5, 1901. Mrs. John Blewett. The deceased, Mary Ann Hind, was born at Northhampton, England, July 1, 1820. She came with her parents to America in 1847, and on April 11, of the same year, was united in marriage to John Blewett, at Elk Grove, Wisconsin, where they resided until 1884. when they moved with their family to Plymouth county where they she resided until her death on the date above stated.
Mrs. Blewett was a devout Christian, a dutiful wife and an affectionate mother and was much loved by all who know her. She leaves to mourn her demise a husband and ten children, having buried four children in Wisconsin. Those who survive her are Mrs. Jos. Beaumont, of Corning, Iowa, Wm. Miller of Elk Grove, Wisconsin, Mrs. Bert Ankrum, of Pierson, Iowa, Jno, H, Blewett. of Goldfield, Iowa, and Richard H. Chas. W., Albert H,, Henry H,, .Joseph A. and her husband, Jno. Blewett of KingsIey.
The funeral services were conducted in the M. E. church of this place last Sunday after which the remains were laid to rest in the Kingsley cemetery.
The sorrowing ones have the sympathy of the entire community in their sad loss.
