He was preceded in death by his parents , Dora and Louisa Garcia and three brothers , Earl , Hubie , and Henry " R.E." Garcia.
Survived by wife of 59 years Margaret Garcia ; his two children , James Garcia and wife Beverly and Jenny Garcia and fiance Guy Morgan all of Homer.
