Samuel, 76, Arlington, died at 9:00 a.m., at the Bridge Hospice Care Center.

He was the son of L.D. and Dora (Piper) Greiner Hermon. On Aug 13, 1967, he married Eileen Mae Feller, who survives.

Also surviving are two sons: Christopher John (Shawn), Goshen, IN, and Matthew Edward (Suzanne), Vacaville, CA; a daughter, Pamela Jo Hermon, Arlington; two brothers: Milan Hermon, Ft. Myers, FL, and Robert Greiner, Cygnet; a sister, Cecelia Bibler, Findlay; and five grandsons: Nathan Christopher and Travis John Hermon, Goshen, and Grant Edward, Jackson Graham and William Henry Hermon, Vacaville.

Deceased are fourteen siblings: Dow, David, Lester, LeRoy, Calvin, Harding, Paul, Eugene, Gerald and Geraldine (twins), Melvin (a twin), Faye (Hermon) Reigle Arnold, Naomi (Hermon) Butler, Katherine (Hermon) Diller Tussing,

He was a graduate of Pandora-Gilboa High School. He served in the United States Army for two years. He attended St. John's Mennonite Church, near Pandora, since 1994. He worked at South Side Marathon for eight years, Christian School for four years, and manufacturing in three states (Ohio, Kentucky, and Wisconsin) for 29 years. He retired from Fostoria Industries in 2000.

A memorial service will be at St. John's Mennonite Church, Pandora, with Pastor Lynn Thompson officiating.
