Andrew C. Bell

Bountiful -- Andrew Cunningham Bell, 93, passed away June 16, 1988 of natural causes.

He was born Dec. 15, 1894 in Chandler Creek, Colo., a son of John C. and Ellen Burnside Bell. He married Zada Aldrich on Sept. 7, 1920 in Salt Lake City.

He was a retired United Mine Worker, and a long time resident of Castledale, Utah. He was a member of the LDS Church, and a member of the Lion's Club. he was also a veteran of World War i, having served in the United States Navy.

Surviving are his wife, Bountiful; seven daughters, Rowana Daly, Andover, Mass.; Helen Crawford, Salt Lake City; Beulah Klekas, Bishop, Calif.; Marilee Hedley, Las Gatos, Calif.; Elizabeth Lee, Durango, Colo.; Andrea Farr, Bountiful; Geraldine Tonjum, Napa, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one sister, Hazel Blow, Palm Desert, Calif.

Funeral services were held June 20 with internment in the Bountiful City Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary.

Bishop Kent Hood officiated. Family prayer was offered by Joe Klekas; prelude, Vern Pickering; invocation, Jason Farr; remarks, Bishop Kent Hood; eulogy, Elizabeth Lee; "Midnight Hour" by Amy Jones, accompanied by Laura Hauck; speaker, Ted Lasson; benediction, Ted Crawford.

Dedication of the grave by Harlee Lee.

Pallbearers were Mark Farr, Shaun Farr, Jason Farr, Andrew Daly, Joe Klekas and Chris Klekas.
