Edgar Anderson Alder passed away quietly at his home Dec.18, 2002.
He was born December 30, 1924 to Reuel J. Alder and Rachel Anderson. Edgar was a dedicated World War II Veteran serving as a Pharmacist Mate in the U.S. Navy with honor and dignity.
He was a passionate educator and taught in the public school system for 32 years and left a legacy of positive goal is to all his students.
Edgar loved farming and worked on a homestead entry during the years of 1949 - 56. During his retirement years he followed his ardent love of bee keeping and traveled all over the western states.
Edgar is survived by many, many family members and friends, and will always be loved and remembered in their hearts and forever in their memories.
He will be laid to rest in the family cemetery under the beautiful shadows of the Deep Creek Mountain Range of Trout Creek, Utah. Memorial services will be held Sunday, December 22, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the West Desert High School, Trout Creek, Utah.
