Obituary;
Mr. Lowell E. Coffey – Age 46 of 7317 Belinda Rd., Powell, Tennessee formerly of Roane County, died 1:27 a.m. Sunday at St. Mary's Medical Center, Knoxville. He was a member of Black Oak Heights Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by his parents, James Lee Coffey and Clatie Pearl Morgan Coffey of the Riggs Chapel community in Harriman and a baby brother Charles Edward Coffey.

Survivors; wife, Mrs. Juanita Holt Coffey, Powell; sons, Roger and Mark Coffey, both of Powell; Brothers, Thurman Coffey, Harriman, Tennessee, Jack Coffey, Liberty, South Carolina, Clarence Coffey, Crossville, Tennessee; sisters, Mrs. Zelma McKinney, Miss Allene Coffey both of Harriman, Tennessee, Mrs. Lorene Brown of Georgia, Mrs. Violet Sloan of Michigan, Mrs. Ann Sloan of Alabama, Mrs. Ruby Stegall, Waynesboro, Tennessee, and Mrs. Helen Hegwood of Georgia; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will meet at 2 p.m.Tuesday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for graveside service. Dr. J.C. Parrott officiating. Weaver Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
