Daughter of Nathan & Margaret Plants, she was born in East Finley Township Feb.8,1867 & had resided in West Finley Township, near Burnsville for over 50yrs. Mrs.Sprowls was the widow of Morgan E.Sprowls.
She was a member of the Fairmount United Brethren Church.
Surviving are one daughter. Mrs.Gail Clutter of West Finley Township; 3 sons, Herman Sprowls of West Finley Township; Spencer Sprowls of Springfield,Ohio & Ross Sprowls of Claysville;one brother,John Barney Stollar of West Finley & a sister Mrs.Lucinda Crow of Pleasant Grove.
A son, Harry V.Sprowls preceded his mother in death by 18 months.
Funeral Services will be held in the Windy Gap Presbyterian Church today,March 3,1944 at 2:pm in charge is Rev.Luther McDonald,Pastor of the church. Interment will be made in West Finley Cemetery.
