Graveside services were held in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. William C. Stewart of First United Methodist Church officiated. Cowan & Son Funeral Home was in charge of the local arrangements.

Minnie is buried on what is called THE PEACH-JENKINS MOUND along with her husband, John M. Peach, her sister, Luly Jenkins, and her parents, Joel W. Jenkins and Margaret A. Jenkins.

Minnie and John had three daughters, Theresa, Evangeline, and a daughter that died in infancy.
