Age 77, passed away Sunday after a lingering illness. He was born October 7, 1888 in the Town of Brillion and was married to Lavinda Huebner on November 28, 1911 in Brillion.
Survivors are his wife; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Kuecker, Florida, and Mrs. Ray(Clalie) Zahn, Brillion. One brother and one sister preceded Mr. Bastian in death. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Brillion Methodist Church with the Rev. Stewart Price officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Weiting Funeral Home, Brillion from 3 p.m Tuesday until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and then at the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of services.
