Ann Sisam Goff died at age 68 on Feb. 29, 1916 from myocarditis at Sandy, Salt Lake County, Utah. Ann Sisam Goff was buried on March 3, 1916 at West Jordan Cemetery, Salt Lake County, Utah.

Sandy, Feb. 29.-Mrs. Ann Sisam Goff, widow of Isaac Goff, died at her home here on Tuesday afternoon after a brief illness. heart weakness was said to be the immediate cause of death.
Mrs. Goff was in her 69th year, having been born Oct. 11, 1847, in Worcestershire, England. Her parents were the late Joseph Sisam and Catherine Payne Sisam. Having joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she decided with other members of the family to emigrate to Utah. She left England, April 30, 1866, on the ship John Bright, arriving in New York one month later. From New York she went to St. Joseph, Mo., by train and then up the Missouri by boat to Florence, Neb. From this point she traveled across the plains by mule team in Capt. Wright's company, arriving in Salt Lake Sept. 5, 1866.
For some time thereafter she was employed as special pastry cook in the household of President Brigham Young. During this Period she met Isaac Goff Jr., to whom she was married March 9, 1867. For years they made their home in East Jordan, now Midvale. After Mr. Goff's death about six years ago she moved to Sandy.
Mrs. Goff is survived by two sons: I. Frank Goff, of Standrod, Ida., and J. H. W. Goff of Shelley, Ida.; one brother Joseph Henry Sisam of Midvale, and one sister, Mrs. Harriett Simms of Salt Lake. There are also 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon in the chapel of East Jordan ward at Midvale. The body may be viewed at the mortuary chapel of C.I. Goff & Co., Midvale, from 10 a.m. until 12 a.m. on the day of the funeral. Interment will take place in West Jordan cemetery."
