Anna D. Hilbrant, 72, of Argenta, died at 1:15 a. m. yesterday in the Decatur and Macon County Hospital.
She was born in Auglaize County Ohio on Jan. 27, 1885, but moved to the Argenta community as a child and lived there the remainder of her life.
Her parents were John W. and Ellen Jackson Parr.
She was married to Perry H. Hilbrant in Argenta on March 1, 1914. Mr. Hilbrant died Aug. 28, 1948.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Acton, Oklahoma City, Okla., and Mrs. Helen Kaufman, Argenta. A son, Glenn, of Argenta, also survives. Mrs. Hilbrant leaves three sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Jennie White, Mary Luckenbill, Mrs. Faye Walker and Harry Parr, all of Argenta, and Joe Parr of Decatur. Two grandchildren also survive.
Two sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
