A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday in Mount Rose Cemetery, 1502 Mount Rose Ave., York. There will be no viewing. The Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St., York, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Buchar was born Nov. 27, 1919, in York. She was the daughter of the late Charles Roy and Ida (Wert) Noel.
She was a supervisor at McCrory Distribution Center, retiring in 1984 after 20 years of service. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in York and the American Association of Retired Persons and was a former member of the Industrial Management Club of York County.
Mrs. Buchar also is survived by two sons, Ronald Buchar of York RD 9, and Richard Buchar of Elkhart, Ind.; two daughters, Barbara Fulmer of Fort Loudon, and Phyllis Paules of York RD 9; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert Noel and Richard Noel, both of York, and George Noel of Park City, Utah; and a sister, Phyllis Mears of York.
Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Leonard Shertzer, pastor of Union Lutheran Church, York.
