MOUNT BLANCHARD - Adam Amerine, 86, Mount Blanchard, died at 11:45 a.m. Thursday at his home after a 10 month illness.
He was born in Ridge Township, Wyandot County October 8, 1890, to George and Phoebe (Baughman) Amerine. He married Fleeta May Bayless December 25, 1910, and she died January 26, 1944. He married Florence Fenstermaker June 20, 1945, and she survives.
Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Eve Turner, Fostoria.
A retired farmer and cemetery sexton, Mr. Amerine was a 50-year member of McCutchenville Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star Order No. 196, McCutchenville.
Funeral service were held at the Bristoll Funeral Home, Carey. The Rev. Rick Adams officiated. Burial was in Zion Bloom Cemetery, south of Vanlue. Masonic services were also held the at funeral home.
