Mr. Green died Saturday night in a local hospital of causes incident to age.
He was born February 8, 1864, at Union, a son of Alvin and Francis Gibson Green, and spent most of his life in Union and South Cottonwood.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lucy May Graham Green of Union; three sons, George A. Green Jr., and Frank Green of Union and Clemmon Green of Butlerville; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Parry of Woodside, CA and Mrs. Dellia Beckstead of Union; 21 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Arvilla Green Graham of Union.
