Andrew Peter Anderson and Christina Elizabeth Greenlund were married in Gnythyttan, Sweden. They left Sweden in 1883. Andrew and Christina had 10 children.
1. Hilma-married John Midtlyng in 1890. They had five children-Jennie (Mrs. Fritz Erickson), Mabel (Mrs. Gust Johnson), Edith (Mrs. Raymond DuRoss), Helmer and Wilfred (Putz). John Midtlyng was the Stambaugh Clerk for several years, was a powder man at the Dober mine and was killed in 1905 while trying to save the powder magazine at the mine.
OBITUARY of Helmer Midtlyng 1958 says early Stambaugh settler Mrs John Midtlyng was his mother.
