THOMAS BENTON PAYTON
Thomas Benton Payton 79 years died at 1:00 o'clock Monday afternoon at the home of his daughter Mrs. Oscar Young. East Columbus street after a long illness. Mr. Payton is survived by four daughters Tressie Ethel Payton of Newcastle. Mrs. Young and Mrs. Vance Forbes of this city, Mrs. Charles Anderson of St. Louis, two sons Clint and C, W. Payton of this city, twenty grand children and one great grandchild.
The funeral services will be held at the Cure & Hensley funeral home at 2:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon and the burial will be in the Union cemetery in Baker township. Friends may call any time at the funeral home.
