Alberto Delos married Adella Allen Walker on August 24th 1931. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah.
Alberto Delos worked with his son Alberto Wilbur (Bert) Bateman at the U.S. Smelting Mining and Refining Company, Sharon Steel Mill Arsenic bag house in Midvale, Utah. The Arsenic was used as a field pesticide. He worked there until his retirement at age 62. June Bateman a grand daughter said that the lining of Alberto Bateman's nose was eaten out because of the Arsenic.
Alberto Delos died at age 74 on the 29th of October 1941, Midvale, Utah.
Alberto Delos is buried in the West Jordan Cemetery.
