Willard Lee Murphy Norfolk - Willard "Danny" Lee Murphy, 90, passed away on March 8, 2014. Mr. Murphy was a native of Princess Anne County. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during World War II and retired from the Naval Air Station Norfolk as an electronics technician for thirty years. He was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Barrick Murphy. Left to cherish his memory are five sons, Danny and wife Suzanne, Neil and wife Caprice, Brian and wife Bobbie all of Chesapeake, Chris and fiancé Jenna of Winthrop, ME and Jeff and wife Kim of Norfolk; one daughter, Colleen Greiner and husband Frank of Yorktown; ten grandchildren, Sean, Connor, Katie, Tiara, Cameron, Colton, Melissa, Erik, Alison and Kelsey; and two great grandchildren, Samantha and Jackson. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Thursday, March 13, at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norview Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 14, 11:00a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
