. SOUTH PORTLAND - Claudia Coyne Langella, 88, formerly of Hamilton Street, died Saturday at a local nursing home.
. She was born in Jonesport, a daughter of Clinton and Evelyn Carver Crowley, and was a graduate of South Portland High School and Shaw's Business College.
. Mrs. Langella was a secretary at King Junior High School for 20 years, retiring in 1978.
. Her first husband, Martin H. Coyne, died in 1961.
. Surviving are her second husband, Dominic Langella of South Portland; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Elaine) Kitchen of Rensselaer, N.Y.; two sons, John C. Coyne of South Portland and James M. Coyne of Portland; two sisters, Florence Martz of South Portland and Rhoda Small of Westbrook; a brother, Carroll Crowley of Windham; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
. Visiting hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Conroy - Tully Funeral Home, 1024 Broadway, where a funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
