Mrs. Hazel Fite (AB) Cannon of Atlanta died Sunday, February 11, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Birch Cannon, Sr.

Mrs. Cannon is survived by her son, A. Birch Cannon and his wife Diana L. of Lexington, SC; daughter, Dellaraye C. Bailey and her husband Frank B. of Murrayville, GA; sister, Geraldine F. Claycomb of Calhoun, GA; grandchildren, Melissa L. Bailey, Frank A. Bailey of Gaithersburg, MD, Chris D. Bailey of Knoxville, TN; Jason S. Bailey of Gainesville, GA; Joshua T. Cannon of Macon, GA, M. Jarrett Cannon, and Jeremy A. Cannon, both of Columbia, SC, Jordan A. Cannon, of Charleston, SC.

Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. Thurs, Feb 15, 2007 in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons. Rev. Dwayne Carroll officiated. Burial was at Fain Cemetery in Calhoun, GA. A. S. Turner & Sons. Published in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Feb. 16, 2007
