Lockport Union Sun Journal, Wednesday, January 4, 1961, p. 14. DAVIS – Maude Vaughn, wife of Benjamin H. Davis, passed away Tuesday evening, Jan. 3, 1961, at her home, Carmen Rd., Hartland. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Edward Vaughn of Connecticut, Clarence Vaughn of Albuquerque, N.M.; one daughter, Mrs. John Robinsky of Buffalo; one step-daughter, Mrs. Floyd Zanow of Middleport; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Hulen of Houston, Tex., Mrs. Cathherine Garriott of Norco, Calif.; three brothers, Jack Clodfelter of Florida, and Frank and Albert Clodfelter of Missouri. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 at the Wallace and Heath Funeral Home Inc., Middleport, where funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Harold Ball officiating. Burial in Royalton Mt. Ridge Cemetery.
