Cecil E. Cooper, 65, Marysville, Kansas,
Wednesday, Saturday 20, 1995, at a Lincoln
Nebraska hospital.

Mr. Cooper was a plant operator of the
Peoples Natural Gas Co. for 34 years in
Lincoln, Nebraska.

He was born February 28, 1930 at Home City
Kansas the son of Ray and Minnie (Lewsi)
Cooper.

Mr. Cooper was a member of the Fraternal
Order of Eagles in Marysville, Kansas and
in Lincoln, Nebraska. He also was a member
of the Moose Lodge in Marysville.

He was married to Joyce West Cooper.
She survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Thomas
C. Cooper Sr., Kirkwood Illinois, and Cecil
E. Cooper Jr, Salina, Kansas; a daughter
Particia J. Cooper Lincoln, Nebraska; two
brothers, Kenneth Cooper, Marysville and
Frederick E. Cooper, Topeka, Kansas; three
sisters, Mary L. Gastmann, Blue Rapids and
Barbara Fatig and Nian Pitts, both of St.
Joseph, Missouri; eight grandchildren; and
four great-grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday, September 23,
1995 at Kinsley Funeral Chapel with the
burial in Prospect Hill Cemetery north of
Blue Rapids, Kansas.
