She was born Nov. 11, 1869, in Spanish Fork, daughter of William and Ann David Warner. She lived here all her life.
She was married to Charles A. Evans on Jan. 17, 1894 in the Salt Lake Temple. Mr. Evans died Feb. 25, 1928
Mrs. Evans was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, serving particularly in the Relief Society.
She is survived by eight sons and daughters: Mrs. Clark Jenkins, Provo; Dr. Dean C. Evans, Flllmore: Mrs. Leah Zigmund, Mlssoula, Mont.; Mrs. Parcllla Sorensen, Jimsham Cove, Alaska; Grant Evans, Tooele; Morris Evans, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Donna Boyack, Provo; Mrs. Clara Phipps, Spanish Fork: 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Spanish Fork First L D S Ward Chapel directed by Ray Gull, bishop of the Second LDS Ward.
Friends may call at her home, 206 W. 1st So., Friday evening and Saturday prior to services. Burial will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery directed by the Olpin Mortuary of Orem.
