St. Matthews - Mrs. Dosia Arthur Bozard, widow of William Cleveland Bozard, died Wednesday at her residence. Funeral will be 4 p.m. Thursday at Gethsemane Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery, directed by Dukes-Harley Funeral Home. Mrs. Bozard was born in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late John Henry and Harriet Crider Arthur. Surviving are: three daughters, Mrs. Sankey Rast of Cameron, Mrs. Vernou Eller of Covington, Ga., Mrs. William Faver of Eastover; a son, Ryan Bozard of Bennettsville; two brothers, Joseph N. Arthur of Pittsburgh, Pa., Chester A. Arthur of Memphis, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. © The News and Courier, Charleston, SC, 18 Sep 1970
