Abbott D. Hodgdon, 54, of Lynn, Mass., formerly of Springvale, died June 6, after a week's illness of pneumonia. He was the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Edwin Hodgdon of Springvale. He is survived by four brothers, George Hodgdon of Springvale, Fred Hodgdon of Rochester, N.H., Ervin Hodgdon of Bar Mills, and John Hodgdon of Lynn, Mass., three sisters, Mrs. Eva Scott of Rochester, N.H., Mrs. Alice Littlefield of Biddeford and Mrs. Ruth Spaulding of Auburn. The body will be brought to Springvale, and the services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Riverside Chapel. Interment will be in the Hodgdon lot.
