Funeral services were held Monday at 3 p.m. for Mrs. Aubrey B. Wedgeworth, 46, who died Sunday at her home on route 1, Pioneer, after a long illness. Rites were conducted from the Epps Church of God.

The John W. Blow officiated at the rites. Interment was in the Delhi cemetery, under direction of Brown-Cupit Funeral home of Lake Providence.

Survivors include her husband, C. W. Wedgeworth, of Pioneer; six sons, Richard Burton, of Houma, Thomas Burton, of Monroe, R. N. Burton, of Houston, Texas; Frankie Burton, of Crowville, Regie Burton and Ronnie Burton, of Liddieville; seven daughters, Mrs. Betty Kimble, of Buras, Mrs. Doris Ripples, of Houston, Miss Bessie Mae Burton, of Alexandria, Miss Bondie Burton, of Liddieville, Misses Elaine, Lavone and Lanore Burton, all of Pioneer; her father, Sherman Bush, of Monroe; four brothers, Benoit Bush, of Bastrop, Ledrew Bush, of Houston, Wayne and Waymond Bush, both of Monroe; a sister, Mrs. Resie Bryan, of Shreveport, and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Bud Polk, Percy Johnson, Jake Polk, Charles Warner, Walter Payne, John E. Taylor, Loyce McDermitt.
