Mr. Warner was born on Hunting Ground, WV, the son of the late Charlie Noah and Mary Elizabeth Wimer Warner.
On March 11, 1944, Ray married Nola Eda Warner, who survives in Riverton, WV.
He attended Circleville High School, worked as a Carpenter and a House Builder, was a member of the Spruce Mountain Ruritan Club where he was noted as top ticket salesman.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Warner is survived by: 2 Daughters, Nancy W. Swain and Husband Ralph of Mt. Airy, MD and Doris W. Koch of Frederick, MD; 1 Son, Olin Ray Warner and Wife Nellie of Maysville, WV; 1 Sister, Priscilla Mullenax and Husband Brooks of Cherry Grove, WV; 3 Brothers, Charlie Warner and Wife Betty of Cherry Grove, WV, Merle "Buck" Warner and Wife Carolyn of Seneca Rocks, WV and Paul Warner and Wife Pauline of Cleveland, OH; 6 Grandchlildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren and 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 20, 2010, 6-8 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin, WV.
Rev. Earl Bible will officiate funeral services on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be in North Fork Memorial Cemetery, Riverton, WV.
Memorial donations may be made to Circleville United Methodist Church or Pendleton Manor.
