Rosa Lee (Redmon) Austin, 81, of Asheville, died November 8, 1998, at Memorial Mission Hospital, Asheville. She was the daughter of the late Robert James and Della Jane Buckner Redmon, and she was the wife of the late William Eugene Austin, who died May 12, 1970.
A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was a founding member of Trinity Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Redmon.
