Linda A. Alldredge, age 67, of Evansville, Indiana died Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Born January 1, 1944 in Rushville, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late William R. & Viola (Altar) Gordon. She was a graduate of Brookville High School and attended Oakland City College. She was retired from Village Pantry where she had worked for over 20 years.

Survivors include three daughters, Charlene Fraize, Ann Alldredge, and Barbara Jackson, all of Evansville, Indiana as well as a son, John Aders of Evansville, Indiana; one sister, Patricia (Ray) Gulley of Metamora, Indiana; six grandchildren as well as seven great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Melba Truitt.

Rev. Wayne Ison will officiate the Graveside Services on Saturday, August 20, 2011, 11:00 A.M., at Metamora Cemetery in Metamora, Indiana.

Memorial Contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society. Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home in Brookville, Indiana is assisting the family with the arrangements.
