MRS. JESSIE C. FOX, 78, widow of Arch Merle Fox, 261 Hawbaker Ave., was pronounced dead on arrival at the Waynesboro Hospital Friday at 12:45 p.m. She had been in failing health for several years.
She was born Sept. 7, 1893 in Fulton County, the daughter of the late Levi and Lydia (Harris) Keefer.
Mrs. Fox was member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rouzerville.
Her husband died Jan. 17, 1963.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John Trostle, Pen Mar; Mrs. Charles Gardner at home; also six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; and one brother, Edgar Keefer, Sylvia, N.C.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Poe Funeral Home in charge of Pastor George E. Buechner. Interment will be made in Harbaugh's Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 7 until 9 p.m.
