Nadine's warm, friendly smile and inherit ability to never meet a stranger shined through during her 20 years of service as a sales associate for Rich's Cobb Center, from which she retired in 1993.
She had a passion and love for her faith, her family, and artistic and culinary talents. Whether it was sewing dresses for her girls, working with her ceramics or needlepoint artwork or even making her homemade cornbread and biscuits, she instilled in her own children this same passion and love by handing down these time honored skills.
Also surviving are her daughters Donna (Bill) L. Worthan of Douglasville, Georgia, Theresa A. Lovelace of Charlotte, North Carolina and Lee (Richard) L. Siefert of Perry, Georgia; granddaughter SSgt Amanda (Tony) M. Payne; grandsons Jonathan (Jamie) J. Wall, Christopher Bailey, Nathan Bailey, Matthew Bailey, and John Bailey; great-grandchildren William G. Worthan, Ty Payne, and on the way Olivia Wall; sister Onzie M. Hensley of Shelby, North Carolina and several nephews and nieces.
The funeral service was held at the Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery with burial to follow. Associate Pastor Jimmy Towson of Harvest Church in Byron, Georgia officiated.
