He is survived by his wife Dorothy of 61 years, his 4 children and their families, and brother, Joseph Elliot Roach (Joann). Visitation: Monday Dec. 23 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 5-8 PM. Rosary 7 PM. Funeral Mass 10 AM Dec. 24 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Houston. Followed by reception then procession to Houston National Cemetery Veteran's Memorial.
