Millard Owens was a son of Andy Ray and Lilly Josephine Hortt Owens. He married Margaret Quinney, January 16, 1942 in Oakland, California. She preceded him in death November 23, 2004.
He served in the U.S. Air Corps in World War II for five years and attained the rank of Captain.
He is survived by children, Margaree (Vard) Roper of Orem; Karalee (Doug) Church of Mesa, AZ; RaeLynn (Wally) Western of Alpine; Loene (Gary) Dutson of Deseret; Allen (Joyce) Owens of Las Vegas, NV; and Laurie (John) Thalman of Richfield; 37 grandchildren; 67 great-grand-children; siblings and families: Bertha Owens (sister-in-law) of Delta; Bernard (Bonnie) Owens of Delta; Flora Campbell of Sandy; Eugene H. (Shirley) Owens of Midway; Shirley Skeem of Oasis.
