He is survived by children, Margaree (Vard) Roper of Orem; Karalee (Doug) Church of Mesa, AZ; RaeLynn (Wally) Western of Alpine; Loene (Gary) Dutson of Deseret; Allen (Joyce) Owens of Las Vegas, NV; and Laurie (John) Thalman of Richfield; 37 grandchildren; 67 great-grand-children; siblings and families: Bertha Owens (sister-in-law) of Delta; Bernard (Bonnie) Owens of Delta; Flora Campbell of Sandy; Eugene H. (Shirley) Owens of Midway; Shirley Skeem of Oasis.
He is preceded in death by his beloved Margaret; parents; granddaughter Danielle Thalman; brothers LaVar and James Owens; sister, Rayma (Clyde) Brush and two sisters who died in infancy; brothers-in-law, Alvin Campbell and Ralph Skeem; sisters-in-law, Maxine Owens and Dorothy Quinney McClellan.
