Zelma Erp Phelps Null, 89, Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Somerset, died Thursday, February 10, 1994, at Southeastern Nursing Home, following a long illness.

A Pulaski County native, she was born August 6, 1904, daughter of the late George William and Mary Goodin Erp. She had lived in Indianapolis for the last 30 years, was a homemaker, and member of Piney Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Glenda Phelps (and Leonard) Hunt, Lancaster; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Null, whom she married in Indianapolis; three sons, Curtis, Carlos, and Carl Phelps; a brother, Elmer Erp; and a sister, Ona Erp Stogsdill.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel of New Brothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Edmond VanHook officiating.

Burial will be in Pine Thicket Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
