Erna Alice Mikeska, 90, of Orchard, passed away Dec. 19, 2003 in Rosenberg. Mrs. Mikeska was born in Bellville Feb. 16, 1913 to Edward and Lena Sholze Reineker. She was a homemaker and member of the First United Methodist Church of Orchard.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2003 at the Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg with the Rev. Tom Bain officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
Visitation was held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003 at the Davis Chapel in Rosenberg.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include sons Melvin Mikeska and wife Jean, of Rosenberg; Wilbur Mikeska of Rosenberg; and Gerald Mikeska and wife Terri, of Orchard; brother Marcus Reineker of Orchard; and sister Hertha Gadjevski of Pearland; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
