Colorado Springs, Colo. — Alice (Nemec) Plezia, 75, formerly of 35 Main Street, Fairhaven, died Wednesday after a long illness. She was the widow of Anthony C. Plezia and the daughter of the late Norbert Nemec and Lily (Whittle) Nemec.
She died at the Colonial Columns Health Care Center, Colorado Springs.
She was born in New Bedford and lived in the area most of her life until she moved to Colorado in 1981. She was a former member of the Good Shepherd Church, Fairhaven.
Survivors include a son Anthony C. of Colorado Springs; a daughter Esther J. Blank of Thornton [Colorado]; a brother, Frank R. Nemec of Miami, Fla.; three sisters, Hilda Hacking of New Bedford, Ethel Potkay of Fairhaven and Ruby Delisolla of Medford; and five grandchildren.
