Services for Mary E. Lindley, 76, of 3038 Rexford Drive, who died at 11:10 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's medical Center after a six week illness, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood Drive, where the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the memorial fund at the church.
Born Oct. 24, 1908, in Brook, Ind., she lived in the South Bend area most of her life. Surviving are three sisters, Rosetta Singler and Cybella Stone, both of South Bend, and Mabel Probst of Sturgis. She retired from Sears Roebuck & Co. after 25 years as a salesperson.
